Tibet: Tourist Video
Here's a link to some tourist video and stills from Tibet, where the three days of protests by monks have been contained but the security situation remains extremely tense, with the three main monasteries cordoned off and reports beginning to surface of possible hunger strikes or even suicides. This is a nightmare scenario for Beijing. A bloody crackdown in Tibet is probably the single event that could really ruin the Olympics. so far, much to the surprise of some Tibetologists (I'll be writing an analysis piece shortly) China's response has been very restrained. The critical issue in coming days is whether or not that can be maintained.

Well so much for their restrained response, according to Radio free Asia they are reporting over 80 killed and hundreds arrested and injured.
So much for human rights, looks like they have learned nothing from their bloody history.
What will the world do when tanks start to roll through Lhasa?
The Chinese Government does and should not have the Olympic Games!
God speed the Tibetans you are hero's!
Free Tibet!

What about the human right in Iraq where nearly 100,000 Iraqi were dead?
What about the human right in Kosovo where over 2000 were killed and 30 thousand were displaced under the attack of NATO?
What about the human right in Afghanistan where more than 10,000 lost their lives in the US attack in search of Osama bin Laden?

to Sword,
Please,
Come here and use your flesh to stop tanks and cannons.
I do think you are an adherent of Osama bin Laden.
We both know seldom about the truth.

To Robert:
Would you mind talking with a little bit sense? "Sword" never mentioned anything about Laden or Islam. Therefore, how did you conclude that he is "an adherent of Osama bin Laden"?

To Bookevil,
I think you are an adherent of Dalai Lama! If your apartment been burned out by those stupid monks or adherents of Dalai Lama, what's your feeling? They are making a crime!!!
To Robert,
This world needs peace, thank you for your comment.

To Richards: thanks for your comments and I think Bookevil said nothing about Dalai Lama.
To Bookevil: thank you.
To Robert: hey, buddy, please read before you comment. We all need peace not violence.
