New Iron Man Trailer, Now More Awesomer
It has been proven over and over again that good trailers don't guarantee good movies. Cough, Cloverfield, cough. But still: pretty cool. Anybody know who he's fighting there at about the 2:05 mark? Reminds me of a Big Daddy from BioShock.

I'm guessing he's fighting either Titanium Man or Crimson Dynamo. Those are the only super-armored villains I can think of that Iron Man fought in the comics. However, both of those villains were communists, as Iron man was big into crishing the commies back when he first started out. But being that the movie is a retcon which I'm guessing is replacing the communists villains with middle eastern extremists, this could be a completely new made up villain.

Second thought, it's probably Iron Monger.

I tend to see trailers as film shorts, anyway. They put all the best parts into the trailer and the rest of the film is often just blah, blah, blah. The exceptions make for immediate keepers.
This one looks like a keeper. Humor makes all the difference for me, which is why I'll watch every single Hellboy movie they ever make.

Yeah, it's probably Iron Monger . . . according to IMDB, Jeff Bridges is playing Obadiah Stane, one of the Iron Mongers from the comic . . .
And yeah, it looks amazing! Between the new Indy, The Dark Knight, and the Incredible Hulk (with a cameo by Robert Downey as Tony Stark, supposedly), it should be a good summer for nerd movies.
