Thompson Moves Into Second

With the addition of yesterday's LA Times/Bloomberg poll showing Thompson at 21% and the today's Rasmussen Reports which has Thompson tied with Giuliani at 24%, former Tennessee Senator Fred Thompson has now moved into second in the latest RCP Average, edging out McCain 16.2% to 15.8%.
