In an interview with NBC News, Barack Obama took it up a notch.

On a straight party-line vote, the House Judiciary Committee approved a contempt resolution against White House Chief of Staff Josh Bolten and former counsel Harriet Miers. Tony Snow called the vote "pathetic."

After much wrangling, it looks like Congress will pass a homeland security bill before the August recess.

While Obama and Clinton criticize each other, John McCain and Mitt Romney are criticizing them. But Jonathan Martin wonders: "Are the GOPers really amping up their attacks, or are they just doing it in a way that more reporters are noticing?"

But why then are so many conservatives hearting Hillary?
