New Florida Poll

Strategic Vision is out with new '08 numbers in Florida (1,200 LV, August 10-12). On the Democratic side, Clinton has extended her lead to a full two-to-one advantage over Obama:

Clinton maintains a whopping 23.0% lead in the RCP Average in Florida.
For the Republicans, the new Strategic Vision survey shows a pretty significant move back in Rudy's direction, pushing out to a 16-point lead:

Giuliani holds a 6.6% lead in the RCP Average in Florida.
Other notables: Bush's overall job approval is 37%, approval for his handling of the economy is at 31%, Iraq 25%, and the war on terrorism 50%.
Congress' job approval is a dismal 20%, and in a related question only 18% said the Democrats in Congress have a "better plan to resolve the Iraq War then President Bush." Still, a bare majority (51%) favor an immediate withdrawal of all US troops from Iraq within the next 6 mos.
Republican Governor Charlie Crist's approval rating is a stratospheric 71%. Among the Sunshine State's two Senators, Democrat Bill Nelson's job approval rating is a decent 53%, while Republican Mel Martinez's rating is ten points lower at 43%.
