CNN Poll: Obama on Top

New national CNN poll (Feb 1-3) shows Barack Obama surging into a 3-point lead over Clinton, which marks a significant move in his favor in the last three weeks:

Democrats
Obama 49 (+16 vs. last poll Jan 14-17)
Clinton 46 (+4)

Clinton's lead in the RCP National Average is down to 4.5%

For the Republicans, McCain and Romney both improved dramatically in the last three weeks, but McCain now holds a 15-point lead:

Republicans
McCain 44 (+15 vs. last poll Jan 14-17)
Romney 29 (+10)
Huckabee 18 (-2)
Paul 6 (nc)

Overall, McCain leads by 18.9% in the RCP National Average.
