Rasmussen's new numbers in Texas (March 2, 710 LV) show Clinton with an up tick there as well:
Obama 48 (nc vs. last poll Feb 27)
Clinton 47 (+3)
Overall, Obama's lead in the RCP Average for Texas is down to less than a point.
