PA Poll: Another Small Margin

Clinton leads Obama by just 3 points in a new Insider Advantage poll in Pennsylvania. This is the latest poll to show a single-digit margin between the two candidates, after Clinton had held a double-digit lead in polls for the past month. A SurveyUSA poll released this week showed Clinton up 12 points, but it's the only one of five polls released in the last few days to have a double-digit margin.
