The Weather Channel has good reports for both Indiana and North Carolina, which means turnout shouldn't be affected. Voters in both states will be looking at sunny and 70s.
As a weather side note, let's travel all the way back to Jan. 3 and the Iowa Caucuses, where the average temp was just below 20 degrees.
