Romney Announces a Winner

Continuing today's do-it-yourself theme here in the Swamp, Mitt Romney's campaign has announced a winner of its Create Your Own Ad contest:

Ana earlier noted an entry by our former colleague John Dickerson, who is now at Slate. But those folks at Slate didn't stop there. There was also this one, by former Clinton domestic policy chief Bruce Reed:

love the fact that his voice was rising to a crescendo and you heard absolutely no applause.

Find a similar point in an Edwards or Obama speech and you can;t hear the speaker because the crowds are going nuts.

Entertaining.

Meanwhile, I discuss one of Mitt Romney's recent policy "documents" at the link.

Perhaps if Tumulty would like to ask Romney a real question, she could ask him to clarify some of the issues with that document, such as the very strong possibility that, just as with Ruuuudy, his "foreigners only" ID card would become a national ID card for everyone including citizens.

Or, perhaps she could pin him down on what exactly "special pathway" means:

Seriously, we're talking about people who want to be *president of the United States*, and the MSM refuses to call the candidates on their endless string of misleading or ambiguous statements.
